Tree leaning over footpath

Customer reported a tree leaning over the footpath on Featherbed Lane, opposite Alberbury Drive. Customer said it is difficult for pedestrians to get past, and she finds it especially difficult as she uses a mobility scooter, and going all around to avoid it drains the battery quickly.
