This has been here for MONTHS. it's obstructing a path and a road. No prams or mobility scooters can get past without going on the road. this needs moving. it's not been driven and is currently illegal since it's on a public highway and NOT MOTed.

It is on the corner of Fairness Close outside number 2 and 3.
