Grass not being cut/ maintained

The last two time the grass has been cut by the small park up High Fawr Ave Oswestry SY11 1TB the grass on the walk way between High Fawr Avenue and Hampton Rise has been missed. This means that the grass is getting very long here and dogs are fouling but their owners are not picking up. Please tell the operator that this grassed area should also be cut. Thanks
