Deep pot hole around gulley on corner right by decker farm lodge

Hit this pot hole today around 5.30 pm and it's damaged my car wheel, was on corner approach alternative was to hit oncoming car, was driving below speed limits

Can someone contact me so I can further a claim

When I started googling I can see this problem has been reported months earlier and the council said they will action repair but not done as yet as my wheel wouldn't have been damaged, assume car suspension / steering will need checking
