Fell over uneven paving stones

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14147169.

The uneven paving stones in this area are lethal. I was walking back from the Spar and I must have caught the edge of one. I fell flat and knocked the side of my face slap ontoconcrete. My eyebrow area is swollen and bruised, I have a gashed knee and redness on my hands where I tried to save myself. It's not the first time I've fallen over on these uneven stones!
