Overgrown Pathway

Reported via desktop in the Other Highways issue category anonymously at 12:19, Mon 20 May 2024

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14146867.

A local resident has forwarded these photos and information. About a month ago a large buddleia near my gate onto the public footpath that links New Road and Saunders Close In Ludlow had been uprooted by strong winds, and was impeding passers-by. My husband cut off enough of the branches to enable people to walk past it. Now we notice that further along the footpath, it is increasingly difficult to walk past overhanging branches of other shrubs. I attach a couple of photos to show the problem, and I would be grateful if the buddleia could be removed, and the pathway cleared for pedestrians.
