Ledge in road

There is a huge ledge in the road on corndon crescent which I hit it whilst riding my skateboard on the road which made me go flying and hit the ground hard. Leaving me with cuts, bruises and in a lot of pain and having to take time off work. Don't know how long it's been there but haven't seen it or hit it when I've skated that direction recently.

    Is there any update ? I would like some compensation for my injuries and for loss of earnings as I had to take a week off work due to being in so much pain
