Tree over hanging public walk way, branch fell out

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14146342.

I was walking my dog today when a branch and some other sort of debris fell out of this tree, looks to be well and truly over hanging the pavement & road. Also seems to be affecting the power lines
