Traffic diverted onto right side of road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14146229.

The chicane system means cars coming from venue direction go on right side. Cars coming out of estate (Agnes hunt and Robert Jones way) can't see cars now the trees have grown. Does it need a mirror? Will be an accident very soon otherwise
