Drain still blocked opposite Fitzwarine house

Sent to Shropshire Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 14146220.

Hi I had a message saying the drain has been cleared ! It has not ! Please clear it ASAP also it gest blocked quickly as its full of tarmac from last time the road was done. Please clear it ASAP this is the 4th time of asking if we get a downpour my house will be flooded. I have had to claim on my insurance twice for damaged caused. I cannot do so again as then I would be classed as a flood risk !
