Several Large potholes, loss of road surface

Several large potholes formed on a corner. Up to 10 inches deep, large ridge of tarmac in middle causing damage to vehicles. Almost impassable for cars and other low vehicles. Potholes 6ft x 3ft. Drainage grids up to 6 inches above road surface. Road surface on either side has almost completely disappeared. Undermining building adjacent to road. Loss of road surface and potholes have been forming for several years.
