Unsatisfactory reinstatement

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14145912.

I live at West View over the last month when a heavy vehicle goes over a reinstated trench in the road it causes vibration in my water pipes. As you're resurfacing road tomorrow I'd like to suggest checking this before you surface as there could be a problem at a later stage

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
