Illegal dumping of cement/concrete on parish owned land

Reported via desktop in the Highway Boundary Query category anonymously at 12:33, Friday 3 May 2024

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14145797.

Someone has made a concrete parking area on parish land opposite the old Chapel on Mardu Lane. This is very ancient land for holding animals to water in the brook. The concrete pad is slopped so water runoff can flood the road. Shropshire council seems to be allowing homeowners to claim parish verges as private property to be built on (as seems to be the case around the Mardu) This is public land and should not be built on.
