Customer called to say that the road is worse. There is no verge on this narrow lane. The road has a ridge, someone has been this week a layer of tarmac as been put down but the hump on the road and the over side has sunken so that this week a car scrapped a layer of tarmac off which has been replaced but the actual issue is the sucken road on the over side of the ridge is still as dreadful as it was if not worse. Please can this be fixed asap. Ring customer is you need to understand what the problem is.
