Temporary lights poorly planned on roundabout

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14145673.

Putting poorly timed temporary lights on this roundabout during the bank Holiday will impact footfall across the town but also is causing massive tailbacks for journeys that should take a few minutes now taking upward of 30. For the sake of the fibre network fitting this, they should have planned a better period of time and not started during busy evening traffic.
