Incorrectly set VAS

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14145061.
The VAS on the approach to Harlescott Junior School from the Whitchurch Road direction has been set to the wrong speed. The sign is in a 30mph area but flashes when going above 20mph. It either needs fixing or moving into the 20mph area.
