Hogs on Belvidere Bridge

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14144219.

Been past today and the hogs are untidy, dirty, sone in their side and one crushed. These really need to be cleaned, tidied up, straightened and filled with water/sand to stop them moving about. This is urgent due to the current strong wind.
