Street name sign Montgomery Way broken

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14144139.

Street sign three wooden posts rot and sign fell to the ground. I have put it back adding extra support but it will not last for long as sign is heavy and needs new posts. Its very heavy and in case of falling can hurt someone. Could you please repair it asap. Thank you
