Road has sunk after previously being dug up.

The side of the road has sunk where in the area where the road has previously been dug up. It doesn't look a lot until you put a straight edge across it, then you can see the amount it has sunk. This is a problem for cyclists as it totally catches you out. Also the water pools there and splashes over the top of the hedge of the adjacent property when vehicles go past.
