Road impassable without wellies

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14143953.

I reported this earlier in the year (January I believe) and one of your men kindly brought out a digger and we thought it had been remedied. In fact it seems only to have been a temporary improvement. The road is now completely underwater (I counted 75 large steps to cross the water in wellies). There are no verges to walk on. The drains are also completely blocked. Children from Bedstone College use the road a lot. They will be back at school soon. Cyclists also use the road. It is no problem for tractor or amphibious vehicles! We need the digger back. Thank you.
