Rain water coming out of the road drain grate

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14143933.

Rainwater was coming out of the road rain drain grate outside number 31, running down the road to the next road rain grate outside number 35, and entering that. It suggests the underground drain between the two road grates has a blockage.
