Reported via desktop in the Other Highways issue category anonymously at 12:36, Friday 12 April 2024

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14143925.

I reported that there has been a landslide but now I have had information that the work has been completed. This has not happened and the lane is still blocked. This is preventing from getting my car down the lane. Please can this be looked at again

  • Customer called on Monday requesting an URGENT call back as he has been unable to get to his property since the landslide on 12/04. His property is only accessible via foot but he is registered as disabled and there is nowhere nearby to park his car. Please could someone contact him today as he was expecting a call back following his URGENT request on Monday. Keeps getting FMS notifications saying problem has been resolved but this is not the case
