VAS not flashing

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14143843.

VAS on entering Queens Head from West Felton is failing to flash. This was reported earlier in the year and an update was received to say that the fault had been mended. However, that was not the case. It is still faulty.
