Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14143695.
Ongoing issue with flooding it happens several times a year when water comes down from B5070 the flooding is where the bridge inn pub is and causes issues all the time. Please maintain on a regular basis so customers don't have to ring in and report.

Customer called wanting a timescale for the work to be completed. It has been 6 weeks since customer called and he is getting frustrated at the lack of action. Please contact customer with a timescale.
