This was reported in December, what do we pay our council tax for !!!

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.

  • This is not "fixed at all" the only reason for the lowering of the water level is through evaporation. Did this team actually do anything, 4 drains are still blocked. Guess what will happen the next time we have a decent amount of rain. Absolutely clueless

  • I don't know what sort of alternative reality Shropshire Highways live in but this is NOT fixed. In fact nothing has been done whatsoever. Pictures are attached, 6 drains are still blocked or grown over, the only effort done by highways was months ago by drawing arrows on the road to highlight the drains. FYI we are withholding a portion of council tax for this service not being provided for what we pay for and i urge all other residents of Welshampton to do the same
