This has flooded all winter due to broken pipe under lane as rodding has been attempted and unsucessful due to blockage. There is no verge just a deep hole where the drain is, very dangerous as on school bus route right on the junction.....who is liable when the bus ends up in the ditch!!? Farmers have cleared ditch but still no drain off.
