Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14143109.

Water is running down the road from the junction above. It is causing a flood at the spot between the 2 field gates right across the road. Only one side of the road can be safely used from the junction because of the flowing water coming down the road. It has been this way for several days now.
