No Entry/Give Way Sign - light not working

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14143093.

The light on the no entry/give way sign at the junction of the Market Square and Mill Street - at the corner by/outside the Ludlow Assembly Rooms is not working properly - constantly flickering as if trying to, but failing to start up.
