Dangerously parked vehicles

I’m reporting a potential traffic hazard at the south end of Bell Lane. This road is becoming increasingly difficult to drive down due to the number of cars parked on both sides and of the pavement, leaving very little room for vehicles and pedestrians to pass. As a council employee who uses a van, i can barely pass between vehicles at the Abbey Foregate end of Bell Lane now. I’m afraid that the only solution I can see is to extend double yellow lines on the east side of this road to avoid inevitable accidents. As it is pedestrians cannot safely pass by the garage next to the old Bell, and consequently, are having to walk on the road with vehicles, passing them. In fact I have just seen a lady with two kids in a stroller trying to walk past the garage with cars passing inches from her! Please could you do something about this as it’s pretty much as this is an accident waiting to happen.
