Footpath hole has still not been fixed??

Footpath pothole has still not been fixed… this is the third time of reporting now… the hole is getting deeper and bigger every day.. it is going to cost more money to fix it and especially if someone falls.. please can this be fixed as a matter of urgency?? Thanks again
