10 Street Lights out down Robertson Way

There are a large number of street lights out down this stretch of road up to the bridge. It's creating a hazardous driving environment and also an unsafe walk for anyone late at night. As stated more than 3+ Street lights out consecutively needs immediate action so can you provide an ETA of when this issue will be resolved?

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.

  • Can an update be provided on this? They have now been out for nearly a year, and with the clock changes happening soon it will become even more hazardous down this road. Many lights are now also out on Crowmere Road roundabout.
