Dog fouling, litter, cigarette ends, all over the pitch

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14141271.

We use this football pitch on a regular weekend day basis for our u13s grass roots team. We appreciate the council have cut the pitch and air rated it. Thankyou. But yet again, we have picked over 5 bags of dog foul off the pitch in various states! The first time we had just over 20! As you know this is an extreme health hazard for not only our players but the local residents as well. Could there be more dog fouling bins and bags around the pitch. Could there be more council inspections to the site before the games?
