Footpath pot hole still not been fixed

Pot hole on the footpath has still not been fixed and it is over a month now I reported it.. it is getting bigger and there is a serious trip hazard here as it is a very busy crossing point.. please can this be filled in as a matter of urgency?? A mouth is too long.. thank you
