Pelican crossing not working

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14140837.

For a few weeks now the pelican crossing on this section of road has not worked - the light on the call box comes on but the green man never appears making it really difficult and dangerous for pedestrians to cross. I was stood here for 15 minutes the other day unable to safely cross with my little girl. Would be very grateful if this could be fixed. This is the pelican crossing by AbleWorld.
