About 30 dog poo bags in this alley way

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14140433.

Please can this alley way be cleaned, it is disgusting there is a load of dog poo bags thrown in the hedges and down the alleyway. They have been there for a few weeks, there are around 30, please can this cleaned ASAP.
