Dog mess left on bags on side of lane

Dog mess is regularly being left in poo bags on side of lane. This is next to gates that people access to go to yewtree livery.

  • I need to report more dog fouling again this week after the council kindly cleaned it all up. I now know who is doing it from Yew Tree livery yard. I have car details and camera footage of a lady coming out of the yard, while shutting the gates I watched her fling the dog bag onto the floor. Many thanks
