2 gully pots subsided extremely bady

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14140063.

There are 2 gully pots on the west bound carriageway directly opposite Burlington Pool. The one nearest Telford has become at least 30-40 cm deep on the west side of the pot and about 50cm across, and is gradually encroaching further into the carriageway requiring vehicles to cross the centre line to avoid The other nearest the island of A41 / A5 is less pronounced but showing signs of becoming as bad as the one above
