Dog poo left on pavement on Bishop Street.

Someone stopped to pick up after their dog, but definitely didn't clean up. The poo was smeared over about a 30cm area. They had more dog poo bags and could've cleaned up, but just walked on. Appreciate they tried, but it's just not on.
