This lane encourages anti social behaviour as it is but when it looks like a dump it encourages it even more, the road is filthy I can’t begin to think what is in all that mess but it smells and is a slip hazard, needs professionally cleaning or a road sweeper. Only a matter of time before a child or someone elderly slips on this lane into that absolute mess
