Large amount of rotted leaves on pavement

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14139624.

The leaves from last year were never cleared away and have now become a rotten mess all along the pavement by the low wall of the abbey. To be honest I don't believe they were done in 2022 either as they were there all last summer as well. It makes the pavement very dangerous and slippery.
