Several drains along this road are blocked causing flooding, mud being churned up by farm vehicles is not helping, drains have been blocked for some time

We have looked into this issue and can advise that the work required will be completed in our programme of upcoming routine maintenance.

Customer rang back to say the road is under approx. 6 - 7 inches of water and the work needed to sort this out is not routine. He wants to be notified of the date the contractors will be coming out to carry out the work to sort the issue out. He will be sending photographs in to show the extent of the issue.

The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.
Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.
In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.

Drains are still blocked , this is causing flooding. Some drains are buried and will ned a resident to show where these are located .

Customer has called back in to chase this up as the work has not been completed yet. It needs to be properly completed soon as the drains have been blocked for over a year, and last winter was particularly bad for the residents. He said that he has marked out a number of the drains for the team to clean out and wants it to be done soon, or he will take this higher as it is not acceptable to him to say the work is done when it hasn't been.

Customer called back to follow up on the email he received stating the work has been completed. He is angry that it has been closed off as completed, stating that none of the drains have been touched and sent in some more photographs to show this. He said that this is completely unacceptable and will also be following up with an email to Andy Wilde about this as well
