Flooding on road and damage to property

Drainage system broken since lay-by created to accommodate lorries to chicken farm- never been fixed. Continuous flooding of road and our property due to water running off fields in all weathers and flooding the road. Damage to road and my property- erosion of private driveway- passing cars flooding driveway. We have been reporting this problem for over a year and nothing has been done. Driveway and front of property being damaged as a result of this issue- urgent action requested.
