Numerous deep pot holes, poor road surface and mud constantly on road from A49 to Condover

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14138811.

Numerous deep potholes, poor / failing road surface and road constantly muddy.

It is only a matter of time before there is an accident!

Also a trip hazard when walking.

The road requires resurfacing, not bodge repairing.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.

  • Customer called again. Someone came off their bicycle when they hit a pothole on Saturday. Said road needs repairing asap.
