Shelton Lights - a red light (southbound) not working

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14138801.

Noticed at about 6pm that one of the lights for traffic travelling south on Holyhead Road (from Four Crosses) was off when the red light should be showing.

It's the further unit further ahead (not beside the waiting point for vehicles).
