Blocked drain and 'cut tree debris' on road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14138795.

On Waen Lane from the main road to the tow path, the hedges have been 'cut', all the trees that have been cut, have not been cleared away, just left on the side of the road, making it difficult to drive (& pass other cars). There is also a blocked drain that has for months been overflowing onto the road. The owner of the field needs to take responsibility for this flooded lane
