Traffic lights faulty

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14138441.

The traffic in Shrewsbury is backed up this morning, the traffic lights between Heathgates roundabout and Severndale are going red every 10 seconds. it wrapped the traffic round Heathgates this morning and bought the traffic in Sundourne to a standstill. i noticed the traffic lights were turning red with no one pressing the button. Please investigate
