Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14138346.

When you leave the roundabout at the Crowmere Road junction - there are approximately 8 streetlights out (at least 3 are consecutive)

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.

  • These streetlights have been out of action for over 12 months. This is a safety issue!!!

  • We have ordered works to remedy the issue. If further works are needed, the issue is likely to take longer to resolve.

    We are unable to give you a timescale to completion. We will update you when action has taken place.
