Traffic lights not working

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14137847.

These traffic lights are always in & out of use. Not turning green to let cross or when they do they dont beef or oneside doesnt work at all for some time now. Considering this is a extremely busy road & lots of children use this crossing to get to school I'm surprised no one has been run over.
