Drain blocked in front of my house

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14137581.

Drain is totally blocked and water is overflowing into gutter ! last time this happened I ended up flooded . Car drive through standing water and force water under my door. I I am unable to claim on my insurance if this happens again as would then be considered a flood risk
