Sign unreadable before sharp bend

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14137060.

The road sign on Ludlow Road before the sharp bend in the road is so dirty it cannot be read. Due to Sandford Avenue being closed because of road works more traffic is using this road and may not be aware of the sharpness of the bend. Could someone check out please?.
